Test a large van in the conditions that matter
Review service and MOT history, mileage, tyres, brakes, warning lights and controls, but make the test drive specific to a large commercial vehicle. Check low-speed steering, visibility, reversing, turning space and the ease of positioning the van where it will normally load.
If possible, think about the actual yards, streets, loading bays and customer sites the vehicle must enter. A van can feel fine on an open road yet still be awkward for the daily manoeuvres your business requires.
