Rent2Buy is designed for people and businesses who cannot get conventional van finance, or who simply want an alternative. You rent the van during the agreement. If you complete the required rentals and agreement conditions, you can choose to buy it at the end for the stated final purchase amount.

1Apply online

Complete the Rent2Buy application and tell us about you, your work or business and the type of van you need.

2Provide your proofs

Upload the requested bank statements, proof of address and driving licence so we can check identity, affordability and eligibility.

3Choose & reserve

Once approved, choose an eligible Rent2Buy van. When instructed, reserve it and complete the required order paperwork and upfront payment arrangements.

4Prepare & collect

Your van is prepared for handover, including the agreed checks, MOT or service where applicable. Arrange insurance, pay the remaining initial rental balance and collect from Southampton only.

Choose the van.

Once we have your application and proofs, the team can review affordability and eligibility. If approved, you choose an eligible van, arrange the required initial rental and insurance, then collect from Southampton only when preparation is complete.

Document check

Income, spending, address and identity are reviewed using the documents you provide.

Vehicle preparation

Current scheme information includes vehicle preparation before handover, including servicing and a new MOT where stated for the vehicle.

Drive it, then own it

Make the agreed monthly rentals and follow the agreement conditions. At the end, exercise the purchase option if you want the van to become yours.
